Ingredients Beetroot Cutlet
Cooking Time 25-30 min
3 small beets (boiled and mashed)
1 potato (boiled and mashed)
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp dry red chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tbsp semolina.
salt to taste.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, ginger, onion and fry.
Add dry red chili powder, salt and cool this mixture.
Now add mashed potato and beets. Mix well.
Give shape to cutlet.
Dip in all purpose flour batter and pat with semolina.
Cutlets are ready to serve.
