Beetroot Cutlet

Beetroot Cutlet is an extraordinary vegetarian recipe that is a great substitute for meat. Why eating pork or beef when you can make a cutlet out of red beets? Go meatless – Stay healthy!

Ingredients  Beetroot Cutlet
Cooking Time  25-30 min
3 small beets (boiled and mashed)
1 potato (boiled and mashed)
1 onion
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp dry red chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tbsp semolina.
salt to taste.

Cooking Instructions
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, ginger, onion and fry.
Add dry red chili powder, salt and cool this mixture.
Now add mashed potato and beets. Mix well.
Give shape to cutlet.
Dip in all purpose flour batter and pat with semolina.
Shallow fry.
Cutlets are ready to serve.
