Mushroom Salad

This mushroom salad is light and really delicious! Perfect for a light lunch or dinner. One serving gives you only 180 kcal and that makes losing weight easy.

Ingredients (Serves 4) Mushroom Salad

300 g of raw cleaned mushrooms (fresh button mushroom)
70 g of stalk of celery
100 g of Parmesan shavings
30 g of extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp lemon Juice, organic
salt to taste
pinch of pepper

Cocking Instructions Mushroom Salad
Clean the mushrooms and finely slice them with a  cheese grater or a vegetable peeler. Clean and thinly slice the stalks of celery. Put the mushrooms, celery and Parmesan shavings in a bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil. This salad perfectly blends with an extra virgin olive oil with a delicate flavor that encapsulates notes of fresh grass. Mix gently to combine. If you do not like raw mushrooms you can prepare this salad using cooked mushrooms dipped in boiling water for 10 seconds.
