Perfect Banana Cupcakes with Different Frostings

Cupcakes are the nations favorites! Every time a new cupcake shop is opening there are long lines. People crave cupcakes. It’s a cupcake craze going on. You don’t have to spend five dollars on one cupcake. You can make them at home for less and you know what’s in it! We were happy to have found this awesome “Banana Cupcakes” Recipe. It comes with different frosting, such as a chocolate, peanut butter frosting and a banana caramel sauce. Delicious!

Ingredients Banana Caramel Sauce

1 cup organic cane sugar – 200g
4 tbsp water
1 cup heavy cream – 240 ml
4 tbsp butter – 60g
2 ripe bananas, sliced very thin

Ingredients Cupcakes

1 cup banana caramel sauce – 340g (see above)
1.5 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour – 210g
6 tbsp whole milk
3 egg whites

Ingredients Chocolate Frosting

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa – 20g
8 tbsp unsalted butter, softened – 1 stick, 115g
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 3/4 cups confectioners sugar – 210g
1 tsp vanilla extract

Ingredients Peanut Butter Frosting

¾ cup/ 185 grams creamy peanut butter
4 tablespoons/ 60 grams unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
¾ cup/ 90 grams confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons heavy cream
