Half packet spinach spaghetti
Half packet Quorn Meat balls
Handful sliced mushrooms
Red and green capsicums
Olive Oil, Salt, Turmeric, Mixed Herbs
Tofutti (No Cream Cheese)
Boil water with salt and oil, add spaghetti, stirring a couple times avoid sticking. Cook until al dente.
Meanwhile in a hot pan add oil, fry the meat balls, season with salt, turmeric, mixed herbs.
Add tomatoes cook for a few minutes and add capsicums, stir for a 5 minutes, add frozen vegetables and stir.
Add your mushrooms, crushed garlic, teaspoon of honey.
Add 2 Tbs of No Cream Cheese, stir continuously.
Add half cup of water.
Cook till thicken and serve.
